Nos dijo "ustedes son los que vinieron ayer a pedir el número de cuenta para cambiarse a Verizon", y con una actitud déspota, fingiendo no saber español, solo puso inconvenientes y "peros" para atendernos. Nuestra intención era regresar a Cricket, pero esta empleada hizo lo suyo para que no fuera posible. Ya teníamos teléfobos, solo era cambiar de compañía telefónica, sin embargo, ella nos dijo que "iba a ser un problema, a menls que compráramos equipos nuevos". No recuerdo su nombre pero definitivamente sí su actitud. Nos fuimos a otro Cricket donde sí nos atendieron como se espera.
