- GWGreta WaldenMar 13, 20261.0Not a fan of this store. I went in- with a problem - my phone would not accept calls. Would just immediately go to voice mail. Jesse- or Jessica- NEVER addressed me when I came in. Just talked to her friend the whole time, until I could tell she wasn’t a customer. I asked -‘ can you help me with a problem?’ She actually made it even worse, where, when I tried to dial out- THEN , it immediately said ‘call failed’- when I went back in, STILL talking to her friend, she finally said ‘ it’s just too old. Go to the Apple Store’ - so, I picked another Cricket store with Jayden on 9th St. HE WAS GREAT!!!

- ADAlyson DonorAug 17, 20171.0This store has the most incompetent people working. They don't listen to the customer's requests. They assume what they want. I was even told by the girl she assumed I was coming in about 2 different accounts. WHY WOULD SHE ASSUME THIS?? I went in with 2 simple requests, get a new SIMS card & make a bridge payment. Once you make that bridge payment is made you can't make any changes. So now I don't have a phone till the remaining balance is paid, even though I paid to extend my service. Cricket has POOR customer service, revolving door of employees & no management.
