- SBSheri Brewer3 days ago1.0The store clerk was wonderful but we had to call customer service to try and resolve a mistake they made in my account where they were charging me $10 a month for international calling for 6 months which I never asked for and found out from the clerk when I went to buy a new phone when she asked me if I wanted to keep the feature ...they refused to reimburse me and argued and said I asked for the feature but it wasn't even on my receipt. Very poor customer service. I'm a long time customer and I'm very disappointed and done with them.

I had already been to another location which proved to be most unproductive. I explained what my phone was doing, told him I was leaving for a trip- and it was imperative it worked. He got right on our acct. made sure it was active, then proceeded to trouble- shoot. He fixed it, was so very polite, personable and attentive the entire time. I wanted to recognize this young man, with an incredible work ethic- who was NOT JUST SITTING ON A STOOL, talking to a buddy the whole time- instead of helping a customer. His Mama raised him right.
