I was able to hook it up to my laptop and there was residual data. Plus the phone got hot real easy what's the store manager admitted himself and said that it was probably the phone that was no good. The other sales girl kept trying to talk my mom into keeping the phone. One guy offered her a senior cetizen discount, then they told her that didn't exist. Luckily we were able to get refunded but they did make us pay for a new SIM card after all their mess ups which we shouldn't have had to pay seeing as they sold us a lemon used phone that some girl named Ariel used to own lol. My mom's been with cricket for many many many years since they first opened. Now she's going to see what it's like with T-Mobile which is a real cell phone carrier.
