They are Impolite and imposing on my conversation with another employee and did not have any advice that could or helped me situation. Then the employee took over my issue and got rude with me. I left and went to another store.

Don't ever shop at this retailer unless you want the cops called to escort you out because you have a complaint. Cricket has lost a customer today and I'm sure MANY more!!
