He made suggestions, with explanations, in a way that sold the product but didn't pressure me one way or the other. He didn't give up or get frustrated when issues arose logging into my accounts. He was able to show me promotions, prices, and solutions up front. Probably the best interaction I've ever had with Verizon. Cory was also dressed very well, in fact everyone in this establishment was dressed very professional. I also witnessed team work and communication between the associates, they helped each other. Great job guys.
