The three female associates blasting music at full volume on company speakers, loudly announcing they finally achieved a satisfactory level of male attention on their personal device, all the while completely messing up our simple device switch on an existing line, requiring we add a new line get a new number and call customer service to cancel the existing line we wanted to keep but just put a new device in place of the old one. Support confirmed we should not have been charged $55 and we didn't have to get a new line. Terrible terrible experience.
