- RGRenee GreenwayMar 24, 20251.0Paying for something I'm not receiving after a complete hip replacement. 24/7 care? Don't be fooled. They will tell you to go see your primary, or go to urgent care. I'm so tired of money going out, but nothing coming in. I worked for a care company before. This is not how they did things. They would never pawn a patient off like that. Unfortunately, no help means more pain. BTW, JCMH hospice care does not have any information on you at all. As the 24 hour lady said. " We have limited access to your file" so.... Basically I'm screwed. I can't just go anywhere. I'm limited in my mobility, and can barely walk. So, I guess I can just lay here and expect nothing for the money I'm dishing out, right?! Nope, sorry this is the last straw. I'm tired of the deceit and the pawning off. I could change my rating, but at this point, this company needs an overhaul, Starting with the truth as to what they actually do, because help and care isn't it.
