I've tried to have Mris,ct, xray done there and it in most cases never get scheduled because the person that handles that goes weeks, months or never calls to schedule. A family member is on 2 1/2 months tring to get a CT. His Dr has even sent it to them 3 times and still nothing. It's not a overnight thing because I stopped going there over 4 years ago. There's alot of people in the altus area started going other places for radiology because of scheduling. How ever does it is costing the hospital alot if money

I always have that little feeling of unease because of the unknown element of what will happen. But each and every one, from radiology students to staff who have been there for years, they know exactly what to say to make me feel relaxed and completely cared for with genuine compassion. I am thankful for the staff and the leadership. The care must be a reflection of the radiology leadership because it has been consistent for over twenty years.

The nurses were AMAZING! The lab and radiology people were AMAZING! Every person we dealt with last night 10-6-25 from admin and up were absolutely so sweet to us and I can absolutely say it was the best visit to any ER I’ve ever been too. I have had some not so great visits in the past but this group was TOP NOTCH ❤️ I wish I knew everyone’s names because they all deserve kudos! I wish Dr. Oliver had his own practice because we would definitely be seeing him 🌻 Thank you Jackson County Memorial Hospital ER staff for being so good to us ❤️
