This Verizon store is newer and it reflects that in its decor and design.
The seats are terribly uncomfortable.
Staff was friendly.
They attempted to be helpful.
I am unsure if the policies and procedures of Verizon are suspect OR if this store has it's own way of doing things.
We left with information, no simple way of getting into our account, no working phone and the possibility of a significant increase in the bill, even though we expressed medical hardships.
We ended up at Walmart. They got into our account, prior to purchasing a new phone. Purchased a new phone for $30-40. AND decreased our bill significantly; from $118 to $65.
So... that was my Verizon experience.

Kudos to Neil at the Boardman store. He quickly and successfully diagnosed malware on an app that was messing up the Galaxy I bought there. Thanks for the great customer service, Neil!

I went to three different Verizon stores trying to get help with an issue, and each time I was either told it couldn’t be resolved or dismissed because it was too complicated. It was incredibly frustrating, not just because of the problem itself, but because I had to explain it from the beginning every single time, only to be told no one could help.
Then I went to this Verizon store, and Gia helped me out.
She listened patiently, took the time to hear me out, and without making me explain it all again, she just quietly fixed the problem. Honestly, I almost cried from relief. After so many dead ends, Gia made the whole experience feel simple and stress-free.
She was calm, kind, efficient, everything you hope for in customer service, especially when you’re already frustrated. I hope her managers see this because she absolutely deserves recognition for how she handles customers. Thank you, Gia! You made a huge difference.

This review is for Verizon the company. I visited this store to lower my plan rate. Have been a customer over 20 years. This store could not find a way to do any better and actually proposed a higher plan cost. I left verizon for AT&T. Loyalty accounts for zero with verizon. I had 5 phones for well over 10 years at one point. I was treated worse than a new customer
