I had also ask for a billing review and he explained my billing and walk through what the charges were and the validity of each. He was extremely expedient it the service and professionalism. I was an enjoyable visit to verify my Verizon account was properly set up and accurate.

    Came here to set up a new line for my son using an old iPhone 11 and to get off my mom’s account. The guy working talked me into to getting a new phone for myself but I had to transfer data from one phone to the new one. Last time I did this, it took 8 hours. I told him I’d do that part at home but he didn’t listen. We sat in the store for an hour and every time we asked how much longer, he just kept saying 25 minutes, no matter how much time had passed. I had to return home, so I ended up taking both phones and leaving. However, they kept the charging cord and my old iPhone 11. I’m going to return the new phone and switch to T-Mobile now that my phone number is freed from my mom’s account. What makes me mad is, if he would have just set up the old phone like I originally asked, we would have been out of there in probably 20 minutes.

    have been trying to get my nursing discount added back to my Verizon account since COVID, after it somehow fell off. Over the past three years, I’ve called Verizon countless times and spent hours trying to get it reloaded—with no success. Recently, I bought a new phone for my daughter’s birthday and was advised to visit a store in person since I was having such a hard time applying the discount. The first location I visited, in Beavercreek, was very dismissive and told me they didn’t handle that and didn’t have time to help. They suggested I go to a corporate location instead. When I stopped by the Xenia location off of main street. I was greeted by Mitchell’s smiling face. He welcomed me in, immediately offered to help, and assured me it would be an easy fix. And it was! Within five minutes, he had everything taken care of. On top of that, he even offered me a box for the iPhone I purchased for my daughter’s birthday in case it didn’t arrive in time. Mitchell is an amazing asset to your company. He resolved an issue that had been dragging on for years with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Give this man a raise—he truly deserves it!
