- JLJulie LeeNov 22, 20221.0They called and left a voicemail no name to reschedule my appointment for a remote car starter to do in a week.When I returned call talked to a Jessie the appointment would need to be December 26th for their availability even though it’s their fault supposedly no technician to install on Sunday November 27th that’s not within a week of my original appointment!! Wow very disappointed in Best Buy/geek squad!!!

(Had previously been in the store and was told I had to call in to make an appointment to talk with someone about a computer issue.) Needed to talk to someone about service not listed in their "prompts." But that didn't happen.
