On Sunday, February 8 (Super Bowl Sunday), I visited the Apple Eton store in Woodmere, Ohio around 3:30 PM in urgent need of assistance. My iPhone 12 (don’t judge me—yes, it was beyond time for a new phone) had completely failed and was beyond repair, and I needed immediate help purchasing a new iPhone and setting it up with two eSIMs for both business and personal use. With my phone at 3% battery, downtime was not an option.
I was assisted by Peter, and I can honestly say he was a lifesaver. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, kind, hardworking, personable, and friendly—an all-around exceptional representative. Not only did he ensure I received exactly what I needed without any issues, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate how to operate my new phone. He also shared information about Apple’s in-store classes, including tips for using the iPhone and how to take advantage of artificial intelligence features on my new iPhone 17.
Peter went above and beyond by staying past closing to make sure everything was completed properly, without a single complaint. He truly listened, understood my needs, executed flawlessly, and delivered outstanding service. This was the best customer service experience I have had in my entire life.
If you are facing a challenging situation with an Apple product—or even think you might—ask for Peter. You will not be disappointed. He deserves 5,000 stars!!!
