The man helping me was rude and I waited 30, minutes after my scheduled time. I was here for hours just for them to put information into an iPad. I thought going to the Apple Store would solve any problems with going to a Certified Apple Retailer which now that I think of it, I would’ve rather just went to there instead. They were unprofessional and not customer based. They ended up telling me they had to send my Apple Watch to the Repair Depot and couldn’t give me any other information. Next time I will just do it myself on the Apple website
