  We got to this location around 5pm 12/20/2025 and walked up to a sign on the door stating “be back in 10 minutes”. We decided to wait. But after 30 minutes of still no one showing up we decided to take our business to Hillsboro.

  Girl had personality of a wall. She said my phone wasn't compatible but guy spoke to previously said it would work.

  Was great then found out service wasn't what was advertised. Used it for 3 months and so many dead spots can't hardly use my phone. Have to wait 6 months to take my phone to a different carrier even tho their is no contracts. Customer service is horrible they have hung up on me told me they was going to call back never did. The guy at the store wouldn't even let me talk when I called he wanted to brag how he has trucking companies using their service. When I tried to explain I'm not a trucking service or company and it dont work for me he got mad . My advice dont use cricket they suck service sux
