But she was working in Willoughby that day. The team at Mentor called Jess and asked if she could take a client and we made an appointment. Thank you Mentor team for helping! My brother and I met up with Jess at the Willoughby store and she helped us arrange a plan that included a new smart phone for each of us plus extras, and it only costs pennies more than my old plan with one phone and a tablet!!
