Went into store during non peak time - no waiting. That’s where the praise ends. Neither CSR seemed eager to assist me with freeing up current phone storage so as to be able to activate my new IPhone 17.
I got more advice watching YouTube videos than these 2 were able to provide in the 10 minutes I wasted there. Commission based position ? You bet! Cant make any money offering free advice = pathetic

I ordered an iPhone online with the one hour pick up option. After waiting over 24 hours for the Willoughby store to notify me, and calling Verizon Support twice, I decided to go to the store to check on the status of my phone. My phone was indeed ready, but nobody in the store had bothered to contact me. When I expressed disappointment, the store manager, Jalen, was rude and defensive in response. He did not care that I was inconvenienced.

Cody has the magic touch. He fixed my phone the after working with Tier 2 Tech support literally for 7hrs. I was so mad but now I'm super happy thanks to CODY at the Menort Ave location.

Had issues with logging into my app.
Only needed to reset password but kept going thru a loop. Wasn't receiving push notification to reset password. I stopped at this location and the one gal was busy with another customer. In the meantime I dialed tech support and was on hold for a while. BEN came into the store to start his day and asked what brought me in today. Told him the issue and then tech support answered which was a waste of time. I was VERY frustrated. BEN listened to me and understood what needed to be done and further explained to tech support that I just needed a password reset. Support kept sending me links to REGISTER over and over like a broken record and it never resolved the issue. BEN understood my frustrations and kept calm and continued to explain to tech support that they were sending the wrong link. He was able thru to assist me. Well Done BEN. Thank you

If they can’t make money off of you they will lie to your face and not help you. They don’t care about you, only the possibility of money. All I needed was 10 minutes of their time to fix my phone before work and they tried to send me to a different store so they wouldn’t need to deal with it. It’d be one thing if they were busy but there was four workers and one customer… just know that if you come here all they want is to scam you out of as much money possible and not actually help you. I even watched them try to scam the customer there. Glad she caught on and left. Don’t waste your time or money here. You will just leave annoyed and unhelped.
