All I needed was 10 minutes of their time to fix my phone before work and they tried to send me to a different store so they wouldn’t need to deal with it. It’d be one thing if they were busy but there was four workers and one customer… just know that if you come here all they want is to scam you out of as much money possible and not actually help you. I even watched them try to scam the customer there. Glad she caught on and left. Don’t waste your time or money here. You will just leave annoyed and unhelped.

I had been fighting a fraudulent bill since July over the phone with their tech support team, mind you for months I could only talk to 2 people through tech support, Fernando or Coreen, (which is very odd) so I went into the store; long story short Che; a worker at Verizon that day tried his best to help, (Great Guy) only to be Disrespected & Hung up on from the very Verizon tech supporter that had been disrespecting Me! Yes; the over the phone Verizon tech supporter disrespected their Own team worker. Mind you there were other customers in the business that day that heard the situation Too! Needless to say; I left; transferred my business & contacted my Lawyer! Be very Weary of doing Any Business with Verizon! The over the phone tech support team people are scamming the customers of their personal information & credit information. While Verizon is doing Nothing to stop It!
