Best Verizon experience! We have been Verizon customers for over 20 years and dreaded having to switch to a new Unlimited plan. In the past the cost went up, they tried to selling things you didn't need or want and the staff were not helpful. Totally different experience today, Joseph at the Westgate store was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to explain the different plans and phones and even made sure everything got transferred correctly and the phones were working properly when we left. He did try to sell us some products but we chose to get them on our own. No high pressure sales. We were very pleased with the new phones and Unlimited plans and the great service provided by Joseph at the Westgate store.

Horrible experience, during prime business hours. There was only one sales rep. on the floor who was with a customer dealing with phone connectivity issues, while multiple people waited much longer than times suggested by the door greeter. During the forty plus minutes that I was waiting, three manger type employees stood huddled in the corner. Finally, floor staff came to help me after six people were waiting behind me. I was treated very poorly, with extreme rudeness. He clearly didn’t want to help. Zero help with my issues, I’ll take my business elsewhere after being a 15 year customer with Verizon!

Apparently at this location managers support their reps to commit fraud on customers accounts. Allura Talbot is responsible for changing customers email in order to have unrestricted access to a customers account which then the manager approved and proceeded to add two of the most expensive iphone 17 pros, with no trade in promotion, 70 $ insurance plan and hot spot with activation fees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION.

Very poor experience. Went in there to pick up my new watch at around 11:30am. The guy was who was processing me didn't seem too interested in helping me with my order, was matter of factly instead of helpful. Was condescending and as I waited around to make sure my device was properly working he was more interested in talking to the other associate about Taylor Swift. I will NEVER go back to this location. I should have kept with my first instinct and bought from Apple as I usually do and bypass Verizon altogether. Zero stars if I could
