Very poor experience. Went in there to pick up my new watch at around 11:30am. The guy was who was processing me didn't seem too interested in helping me with my order, was matter of factly instead of helpful. Was condescending and as I waited around to make sure my device was properly working he was more interested in talking to the other associate about Taylor Swift. I will NEVER go back to this location. I should have kept with my first instinct and bought from Apple as I usually do and bypass Verizon altogether. Zero stars if I could

They royally fudged up my plan and added so many lines and phones for “promotional purposes” only to now still be dealing with customer service a month later trying to get it straightened out. They pretty much charging me for phones and lines we did not have or use.

I have a business account with Verizon. Phones, tablets, cellular network. The short version: Staff sold me on 'great deals' with free Apple items. I was told after specifically asking that there would be $0 in additional monthly fees because it would ride on my existing phone lines. Come to find out, they have been racking my bill for months and after keeping me on hold for an hour with 3 different off shore reps, no one in management is available to talk to. Guess they don't want to engage with their customers unless they can take more money out of your pocket. Absolute miserable customer experience.

I have business service with Verizon, and I am contacted 1-2 times per year for an account review by someone from the Westlake store claiming to be the account manager assigned to my account. These meetings are generally just them trying to sell me more services, but they encourage me to contact them if I need anything and they provide me a number to their direct line. I have attempted to contact this person multiple times and the number provided is never connected. I later learn that the account manager has changed. Today, after unsuccessfully trying to reach the account manager (which I spoke to on account review last month), I call the store at the number listed on Google Maps. After battling with an AI for almost 10 minutes, I was connected to an operator who was 1. Not at the Westlake, OH store; and 2. Not in the business department. This operator then transferred me to the business department, but the connection wasn’t completed so I had wasted 15 minutes. I will next attempt to visit the Westlake store in person and meet with someone in hopes they can answer my question, but based on past experience, they will tell me to call the business department (which will only result in me getting frustrated by AI’s. Please, Verizon, all I want is to feel confident that someone values my business and my time.
