Shout out to Gavin! We had a family sharing issue that brought us in to the store. He is very patient and determined to help resolve the issue. After 2 hours, we got it sorted out. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I came in with $1,000 in hand, fully intending to leave that day with a new iPhone. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. It took nearly two hours for the iCloud update to complete for just 26GB of data. I was told not everything would transfer, which I understood, but when I asked about transferring my service, I was assured it could be done. After the upload finished, I waited another 30 minutes for assistance, only to then be told that my service actually couldn’t be transferred. On top of that, I was informed it would take another two hours to transfer some of the data to the new phone — and that I couldn’t trade in my old phone because the service transfer hadn’t gone through. I was told my only option was to wait the two hours for the data transfer, take the phone home, and then return later to complete the trade-in for a gift card value. To make matters worse, as we left the store frustrated, several employees gathered in a circle and began talking about us within clear view — an unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat customers who had already spent hours trying to make a purchase. After 15 years as a loyal Apple customer, this experience was enough to make me switch to Samsung. Setting up my new Samsung took just five minutes, including transferring all data and activating my service — and another five minutes to buy it. I absolutely love it, and because of this experience, I do not see myself returning to Apple.
