After spending two full hours there, we left with a phone that won’t turn on at all. The phone was at least usable when we arrived, and now it’s completely unusable. What’s most frustrating is that after making the issue worse, no solution or accountability was offered. This experience was a huge waste of time and very disappointing. Apple seriously needs better-trained employees who know how to properly diagnose and fix issues instead of leaving customers worse off than when they arrived.
