    You have to drive to the store to find out if a replacement phone is in stock. When you live 40 minutes from the store, it is incredibly frustrating to not know if when I get there they will have what I need. Plus the hour I'll have to sit and wait to see someone. And then the store operator hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Absolutely terrible service. Good products, terrible people.

    Thank you Josh for helping my girlfriend fix her iphone 14 being stuck on the black restart screen! He was helping multiple people for hours and still fixed the phone, thank you so much you saved us so much money.

    I had a disappointing experience at the Apple Store. I brought my iPhone 11 in for a battery replacement, and it was in excellent condition with no screen scratches. When I picked it up the next day, the screen had multiple scratches that were not there before. The staff immediately dismissed it as “normal wear and tear,” which was inaccurate. Despite clearly explaining the condition of my phone, the response was argumentative and dismissive. One staff member repeatedly shook his head and continued arguing, even after the manager asked him to stop - and he kept repeating the same points when the manager stepped away. The manager also displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude during the interaction. Although they eventually agreed to replace the screen free of cost, the overall experience was unacceptable. The dismissive behavior, lack of professionalism, and poor staff control overshadowed the resolution. I would strongly advise others to thoroughly document the condition of their device before handing it over for service.

    Went in to this Apple Store yesterday (a Thursday) at 3:30pm. Wait times are never what they typically give you - always longer and I anticipated this. I had an SE watch with a dead battery. I was checked in within minutes, was given a seat at a table with space to spread out, and greeted by Lara the manager. She was so kind and nice and got me going in the queue and kept coming back to check in. Marvin came over to show me new watches and bands and explained the trade in process and was super patient. I needed a new cube (it's usually always something as technology changes so frequently and our tech devices become outdated so quickly - not the fault of employees) and Arkeith helped me AND offered a discount through my husbands employer that is connected to Apple products, which was really over the top! Michael, who is the store trainer and a true expert and friend to all was at the table where he teaches and while I was waiting for my phone to update a few new operating systems to pair with my new watch I had purchased, answered several questions I had about the new watch features as well as features on my Iphone while he was done with a previous customer. Michael is so wonderful and knowledgeable about all things Apple! He has been a tremendous help to my husband and I at the Westlake store for years as we are repeat customers. Every employee yesterday showed a genuine interest in HELPING ME. Kindness is so needed in our world today and they each demonstrated that virtue. Lastly, a HUGE plus is the diversity among employees in the Westlake store - so wonderful to see!!

    Very disappointing experience after Ordering a MacBook Pro online. The customer service was less than adequate. When concerns were made about the condition of the box that a $2600 MacBook Pro came in, the employees had a look on their face like I was inconveniencing them asking about it. Zero empathy or concern for my concern concerns.
