They kept it, I’m still be charged for it 5 weeks later after 10+ phone calls, speaking with 15+ people at Verizon, 4 promises that I wouldn’t be charged and one promise it would be 100% complete today and to be patient as it would happen in steps. I will never go back to this location again. Horrible.
