Shaun Clark at the West Chester corporate location fixed it within 15 minutes. He took care of a very stressful situation for me and treated me with kindness which I haven’t found over the phone or in other store locations.

Shawn was dismissive and combative and had no interest in negotiating to keep a long time customer. Shawn didn't even pull our account, said that their corporate line was wrong and they couldn't do anything more at the store. I said we would go with T-Mobile's offer and Shawn's answer was "well, when their prices go up in three years, you can come back to us" and walked away.... May stay with Verizon but wouldn't work with Shawn or any store that employs sales reps who have zero interest in retaining customers.
