Spent 5 hours at this location attempting to solve an issue that was created by Verizon mishandling devices and documentation. Employees in store were of no help in finding the solution I ultimately found on my own. Store manager Dorian, never once attempted to assist in the solving of the issue nor to even speak with me the entire 5 hours I was in the store. The only interaction with the store manager was when I went out of my way to ask a question. It was clear employees were trying their best stay away from the issue, despite this being one Verizon themself created. Will never be returning to this store again, hope to never enter a Verizon store again altogether—which shouldn’t be too hard since they make you call in everything yourself nowadays anyway,providing little to no knowledgeable experience that you would think an in store employee would have.

At that point due to the person I was working with I never wanted to return (I have been a Verizon customer for many years). I Decided a week later to give it one more chance and was met by Darian. He went above and beyond. Darian reviewed everything with me, was very personable and helped me set up my new phone. Thank you Darian for the amazing customer service!!
