- KKKaryn KnipeMar 26, 20261.0Terrible - we brought our dog because he was shaking, drooling, panting, had a hard time walking and the vet said looks like a normal dog to me… normal dog?! And then all she did was give him so fluid and a one time anti-nausea med and sent him home. Next morning we were right back at square one. He was shaking, drooling, panting and in so much obvious pain. What a joke
- MBMonique B.Mar 19, 20261.0So Friday night i had to take my honey bunny to VCA Great Lakes Veterinary Specialists in warrensville. Turns out she was diagnosed with hyperplasia…not only did they just stitch her and give me a bill but they didn’t give me any after care information on how to keep it clean or how to keep the area moisturized from getting infected or getting necrotic but they also didn’t give me anything to give her for any pain she may be going through. Here we are Monday morning and her suture is no longer there after they told me that it would last 30 days. I called them this morning only to be told to bring her back in to be re-evaluated (for a fee) and to figure out the next steps. Oh but let’s not leave out the part when asked how much it would be to get her spayed they told me $5000…yes u read that right FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS‼️‼️

We were treated with such kindness and compassion from the reception desk to the Dr and vet technicians. I was given several treatment options and everything was clearly explained. Even though I hope I never need to come back again it is comforting knowing I have a trusted option.
