Grotesquely overpriced. Every time I've gone in I was there the entire day and they tend to give you the first estimate just after all vets close. Every procedure exceeded each estimate. They have no empathy or remorse for their distorted prices and poor care. Our cat was sent home with an active bleed at a suture site after intestinal surgery. I called and inquired why the incision was not bandaged or given antibiotics. I was told to put an icepack on it. As anticipated, it got badly infected despite me keeping it clean. They wanted to gouge me again to clean up the infection after making me wait 5 hours with only one other person in the waiting room (who arrived after me). I left frustrated and they chased after me wanting me to pay well over a hundred dollars when nothing was done, but me miss a work day and them visually confirm what any idiot could -infection from their botched job in the first place.

I would have rate this establishment a big ZERO if there's an option. The most uncompassionate doctors and staffs on site because all they care about was how much they can rake up my bill. They were making sure that every time they run a test or do a
treatment, I have to come in and pay for it first before they do anything. This is how heartless they are and don't really care about our fur babies. My baby died a day after I picked her up from the VCA. I paid them over $6000 the night before and when I brought her back in that morning, the doctor that took care of her was too busy to come out and talk to me, and the staffs in the front desk want to know how much I want to spend in order to dispose her or cremate her and all the craps they tried to sell me. That's not all, they lost my baby ashes and didn't find it until a month later and I'm not even sure if this is her ashes. Again I paid everything up front for this service, and today I just got a call from the VCA that I have an unpaid bill . God forbid they will never release your pet back to you unless everything is paid. I'm just IRATE , heartbroken and feel every bit of the pain on that day again.

This location is amazing. They took care of my babies and myself when I was a complete wreck. I trust them fully with my pets.

The VCA emergency vet hospital saved my cat’s life during a severe UTI, and I’m beyond grateful. The entire staff was caring, patient, and truly kind during a very stressful time. They treated my cat with compassion and made sure I understood everything that was happening.
I do wish the veterinary industry wasn’t being taken over by large corporate owners like Mars candy/Wall Street private equity. Prices everywhere keep rising, and I’d love to see more of that money go directly to the amazing staff who do the real hands-on work. The team here deserves every bit of support.
That said, this VCA location was outstanding, and I’m thankful they were there when my cat needed them most. Highly recommend.
