Ordered phone online to avoid activation fee. When I tried activating it was trying to charge me again. I explained in worked in tech for a long time im not inexperienced. She still kept talking to me like I had no clue what i was doing. I showed her the email where it showed my payment. So she wanted to try to activate it. She started dismissing notifications on my phone. I asked her what she was doing and please stop. That could be something important I need to see. Then she started speaking to me with a very condescending tone. She said its not active because I have to pay $20. I just showed her my payment. So then o pulled up my bank account to show her that payment processed. She asked to see to handed her my phone again. She started scrolling through my bank account looking though my financial information. I asked what are you doing. Why are you looking through my bank account. Took my phone back. She then recommended with an attitude that I call customer service for help. This was completely unprofessional and invasion of privacy. She was also completely useless in helping It didnt take the customer service person to see that because my bill cycled before the phone was active the $20 payment had been credited to the bill and thats why I still had to pay.
