- JWJordan WilliamsDec 20, 20251.0I visited this store with my father on Tuesday December the 16th, and was met with a terrible experience that has me shaken up the last couple of days. As one employee there decided to lecture me for about 10 minutes about not charging your phone in your car, I commute to school here and there, so this is a necessity for me. Also keep in mind, that Apple has their own CarPlay software that encourages users to plug in their phones in the car. Anyway, after lecturing me and my father, we both asked him to move on and fix my phone. I have not been able to get signal and can only text or call on WIFI, he decided to tell me that Apple can "Do what they want, and if they want your phone to not have signal, then they can". My father and I decided to stand up and leave, as I unplugged my phone from his computer he looked at me and said "Get out, your kicked out" in an aggressive tone. I felt this is a problem with Verizon and not Apple, which is why I went to Verizon as I do not pay for signal through Apple. As you can see, I was left with nothing except apparently a ban from the store by a non manager, which I never got the name of. I would like to say that I have handled my phone with Isaac previously and he was great help.
