He took the time and effort to fix the Sim card issue with an iphone I had that just stopped working. I would recommend anyone looking for a phone or up grade to visit Lee. He is one of the most honest sales associates I have met in a long time. He isnt going to sell you something you dont need like other sale associates do and then months later you see your bill is 100.00 more then you was told. Stop in an see Lee for the best customer service you will find in a verizon store!
