At first I thought she was brand new because it seemed like she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. BUT if it weren't for Devin literally coming in and saving the day I don't know where we would be. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personable and when our two young kids had enough of being in the store he was amazing with the two of them too. He is what saved our experience and kept us as customers. Kimmy was the first time in over 10 years as customers we ever had an issue but it was a very large issue, enough to make us want to leave but Devin's devotion to his customers is just above and beyond. We will forever stay customers and will keep our business with the Vermilion Verizon exclusively because of him. Thank you again Devin!
