  친절한 직원분 덕분에 신규 번호로 잘 개통을 할 수 있었습니다. 기존번호하고 비슷한 번호를 주셔서 번호를 외우기 쉬워서 좋았습니다. 미국에서 판매되는 휴대폰이 Apple, Samsung 만이 아니라, Google and Motorola 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 아직은 Apple과 SS 품질이 좋지만 Google이 가성비도 시장에 들어온다면 Google phone을 구매해 보고 싶습니다. Google이 다양한 어플리케이션을 얼마나 확장할 수 있을지 궁금합니다. 평일에 방문하기가 어려웠는데 주말동안에 일을 해주시는 Verizon과 직원분들의 노고에 감사를 드립니다.

  Well meaning employees, but not helpful. Spent half an hour trying to get an issue resolved, but ended up having to figure it out on my own.

  Whatever you do - DO NOT ever have a phone picked up at this store. This is a Verizon Authorized dealer. The employees are only helpful if youre buying from them. Steven - is extremely rude. He uses a low monotone to say horrible things when youre just trying to get help. They have the phone but don't want you to do a pick up. They want the sale. The employees only want sales. Do yourself a favor and go to Reynoldsburg or another actual Verizon store. Stay far away from this one. My husband recorded the entire exchange and I'm considering posting that as well. Verizon needs ro take their name back from the retail store. They do not exemplify Verizon standards at all. What's even more crazy is when I first went in the store, he asked me why I bought my phone on line and told me I should have come to the store and not purchased online. Said he'd have me in and out in and out in15 minutes. How would you do that if you dont have the phone? Lastly, I actually am eligible for 4 upgrades, had he helped me he definitely could have gained a customer. -Signed 5byeqr Verizon Customer

  Marissa is hands-down the best Verizon employee I have ever worked with at any location. Verizon corporate had made a mistake on a deal, and because I am terminally ill and handicapped, I cannot go into the store in person. Marissa went above and beyond by helping me over the phone, talking me through the issue, and getting me connected to the right people. She didn’t have to go that far, but she did. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism meant the world to me. Verizon is lucky to have her, and as far as I’m concerned, she deserves a raise and recognition as one of the best managers they have.”

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Service from Noah Noah at Verizon Wireless was awesome—friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. He made everything quick and easy, explained all my options clearly, and even went the extra mile by delivering the phones right to my workplace. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!
