Thought I'd check with Verizon just in case and I'm very glad I did. In summary, I'll be changing over to V!!

The problem - getting my data off of the locked Pixel 6 Pro to my new phone (the screen would not display whatsoever). Kameron patiently worked through a number of scenarios to get access to my old phone so that it could be copied appropriately to the the new one. I sincerely appreciated his commitment to assist me through a very frustrating process. My data transferred successfully because he was intent on finding a solution. I truly valued his time!
