  Rescued a cat with a giant club paw. Took her here. They diagnosed cancer in it. Suggested amputation of the entire leg up to shoulder, saying cancer was in the paw but removing the entire leg would be beneficial for removing any cancer. Almost $3000. She died a month later as cancer was all in her side. We had to put her to sleep, she was in extreme pain. This was 2018. To this day I will swear they knew it was hopeless and wanted that $3000 which I put myself in debt paying!!!

  Excellent service and always able to accommodate my needs with boarding. Thoughtful, considerate, and also accommodating to put up with both of my crazy dogs and worse cat. Thank you to everyone!!

  I did not have a great experience there. I ended up not trusting them enough to continue with services. The staff there seem really unhappy and weren't friendly or personable. They were talking about me behind the door and judging me. I had asked for three things and they only came back with what they wanted to charge me for. It was a completely wasted trip. I will not be going back.

  I just wanna say thank you guys for all of the great advice and service is done. They gave me two options with my dog when he has an inner ear infection and his back legs were not working. They got him on meds. He’s not 100% back to himself, but he is getting there. He has so much more energy today when yesterday I couldn’t even get him to wag his tail and today it’s just gone on 100 miles a minute that is him. He is trying so hard to get back to himself and I appreciate them so much.

  Brought my cat in this place a few years back. She had been hit by a car and had fractured pelvis. They told us to get a case that we could keep her in during her recovery that would give her room to move around but not too much and leave her there overnight so they can keep an eye on her. I told them that she almost died from pain medication and anesthesia before and to go sparingly with it. So they call me at 4:00 in the morning and tell me if he's taking a turn for the worst, so they discontinued the PAIN PATCH AND THE PAIN MEDS IN HER IV. Wonder what part of it almost killed or they didn't understand? When I got there she was all but gone and the doctor tried to sell me some story about antifreeze poisoning. That would have been showing the day before when I brought her in. The pain meds started shutting her down and there was no bringing her back. Then I get this plaque in the mail will the paw prints of the wrong cat. All that for 700 bucks and that was several years ago. Since then I've known of a couple of people who received the same shabby treatment. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS.......
