  Definitely, not even one star. I paid my phone bill in the Cricket store on 6/11/2025. Because I paid in the store it was $78.00. I don't have a debit card so I paid with cash. This morning my phone was shut off. I went in the store with my receipt. Ironically, my boyfriend s phone was also shut off, he pays his bill online with his debit card. We have separate accounts, separate everything. His bill was paid on 6/9/2025. The employee said I called my bank and did a charge back claiming fraud. On cash? Apparently, I had to pay $78.00 again? I don't think so. My boyfriend was told the same story. So, apparently, when you pay something with cash, you can call the bank and claim fraud??? What is really going on here? Naturally, I was told to leave because he said I was yelling. Sometimes you meet someone and you can tell immediately that you don't like them unfortunately, that was the case here. Anyway, if you're thinking about switching companies, I would skip over this.
