We brought it home and it sat for a bit over a week as we didn't have time to hang it. We took it out of the box, hung it, turned it on and it didn't work. So we called customer service and they arranged for delivery of a replacement. When the truck got here, they refused to take the bad tv, as it was not the TV on our receipt. They took the new tv, said we'd hear from BB, and left. We heard nothing yesterday so we called today. After 4 hours on the phone, someone assured us we will get a new tv (the correct tv) on January 20th. We'll see. We are ready to take it back, get a refund, and go buy one from Walmart or Costco. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!
