I wasn’t the only one waiting around while employees were chit chatting away , apple can suck it . Also without insurance your screen replacement will be $379.99 . Justin, who helped us was great at explaining the process and the features of the phone. He also noticed the hearing aid my friend was wearing and mentioned about setting up the phone to work with it. Observant, knowledgeable, and friendly is what Justin was.

I got the $50 gift card and all was well. Then, a few days later I found out that the person I bought the watch for wanted the smaller screen model. So I returned the watch expecting no issues... And they cancelled the gift card!!! They said it was Apple policy and would not help further. I think this was very unethical and will never buy anything from apple ever again.
