My wife called cricket and the customer service representative was verbally abusive. I called last week and the customer seevice representative barely spoke English and knew nothing about their service. I hate to make the change but I have to move on. Don't consider Cricket in 2023, their time has come and gone. If someone from Cricker wants to discuss this just let me know. It took two hours to post this review. Edit: I just realized Cricket charges my credit card on the 25th of the month but they start the billing cycle on the 1st of the next month. During that week my internet is throttled down so I pay for a month of unlimited and get three weeks.
