The Care Club plan was clearly explained, and I appreciate the attention Alice & Kori were giving during the appointment. Dr. Grant was very polite and took the time to really check over my cat. The overall lack of compassion was striking, especially given how vulnerable pet owners feel when seeking care. Interactions felt rushed and transactional, and it was clear that money—not patient care—was the priority. I received little to no guidance about my pet’s condition or next steps, and asking questions made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a concerned owner. Euthanasia was casually insinuated far too early for a 4.5 year old dog without meaningful discussion of alternatives or support. It felt dismissive and deeply upsetting. Communication from the office was also poor, with unclear information and minimal follow-through. If you’re looking for a vet who will advocate for your pet, communicate clearly, and show empathy during difficult decisions, this is not the place. I understand veterinary care is expensive, but compared to other clinics in the area, this office seems significantly overpriced comparable to an emergency vet hospital. I will not return and do not recommend this practice.
