I’m very disappointed with my experience at this clinic - specifically Dr. Grant. The overall lack of compassion was striking, especially given how vulnerable pet owners feel when seeking care. Interactions felt rushed and transactional, and it was clear that money—not patient care—was the priority. I received little to no guidance about my pet’s condition or next steps, and asking questions made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a concerned owner. Euthanasia was casually insinuated far too early for a 4.5 year old dog without meaningful discussion of alternatives or support. It felt dismissive and deeply upsetting. Communication from the office was also poor, with unclear information and minimal follow-through. If you’re looking for a vet who will advocate for your pet, communicate clearly, and show empathy during difficult decisions, this is not the place. I understand veterinary care is expensive, but compared to other clinics in the area, this office seems significantly overpriced comparable to an emergency vet hospital. I will not return and do not recommend this practice.

I was a new client with an older cat not eating while my regular vet was closed and they got me in same day. They were very kind and thorough!

I have NEVER felt more DISRESPECTED or HUMILIATED in my life. I am a newly single mother who loves our dog. I also just watched my grandmother lose her battle with cancer. So I was already traumatized when my dog came in from outside with a deep laceration on her leg. After calling more than 20 vets I was relieved this place offered free first examinations and could get us in immediately. Everyone seemed extremely nice and empathetic. When they took my dog back to sedate her, the sound of her yelping broke my heart. In the 2 years since rescuing her, I NEVER heard her yelping in that much pain. When they brought her back in the room to let the medication kick in before the procedure I sat on the floor to comfort my dog. These people ended up doing NOTHING they said they were going to. Charged me almost $100 to ≈5 square inches of her (already short) hair. After paying almost $400, as I was leaving 3 POLICEMEN were BARRICADING the door & informed me they were called by an employee accusing me of being on DRUGS!!! Because I am underweight (which I have struggled with most of my life) and emotional, I was stereotyped and PRESUMED to be something I am not. Despite the police recognizing the false claim(s) within minutes, it was absolutely HUMILIATING and the MOST AUDACIOUS, INSULTING, & DISRESPECTFUL treatment I have EVER received from a "professional" establishment! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and whoever else that'll listen.
