The staff here is so friendly. I worked with Nathan and he was amazing. I was nothing but a bundle of nerves and anxiety yet he still made the whole situation a breeze for me. Kept a positive attitude, helped me with my issue, and made me leave 10x lighter than I felt all week. If I didn’t thank him enough when I was there, thank you so much again. This wasn’t the first time I left feeling like this from this location. Everyone there is always amazingly nice, patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. They always go above and beyond and I 100% recommend this location!

Scott came out to do an install on my TV to be put in the wall not only he damaged the wall never finished the job I have been reaching out to the management for help which I have paid for service and I'm a total tech member and no one has yet called me about this matter worst experience I ever had with best buy geek squad

I don’t recommend bringing your apple products here they don’t know what they are doing. The manager and coworker both told me to give them a call once apple store in Westlake fixes my iPhone XS Max *hands me his card saying “call us and let us know how they fix your problem”. Don’t bring anything apple related here. Apple might tell you they can do everything the apple store can but when you go in there and tell them apple sent you they will flat out tell you the opposite of what apple told you.
