    Bought brand new AirPod Pro 3 for my girlfriend via curbside. Got home an after dinner when we opened them up. There was only one AirPod in there and they were dirty. I will be bringing them in tomorrow, which is February 22 2026 for an exchange? Hopefully they exchange them if not, there will be problems…. Update: They exchanged them. Changing review to 5 star

    I recently ordered a ring for in-store pickup. The display ring I tried on fit perfectly, but the ring I received was noticeably smaller than the display model in the same size. I returned to the store the next day hoping to exchange it. BestBuy.com showed two of the correct size available at the Strongsville location. I tried calling the store to confirm availability before driving out, but I was told there is no direct in-store phone number. The call was routed overseas, and they were unable to verify whether the ring was actually in stock. I took the time to drive there anyway, only to be told by a sales associate that the ring size was not available. This could have been resolved with a quick phone call and saved me two hours of my day, plus gas. The lack of efficiency and basic customer service was disappointing. Having multiple associates greeting customers at the front is nice, but it doesn’t replace having a reliable way to confirm inventory or speak directly with the store when needed. I expected a smoother experience, especially for something as simple as an exchange.

    Had a very frustrating experience at this Best Buy. The store employee, Issac, repeatedly pressured me to apply for a Best Buy credit card after I clearly declined multiple times. It felt pushy and uncomfortable, not helpful. To make matters worse, I was sold an open-box Apple Pencil that is still linked to the previous owner’s Find My account. Because of this, the previous owner can track my location through the Apple Pencil, which is a serious privacy and safety concern. This product was clearly not properly reset or inspected before being resold. Between the aggressive credit card pressure and selling an Apple product that allows a stranger to track my location, this experience felt careless and unprofessional. I expect far better quality control and respect for customer privacy from Best Buy.

    I had a frustrating experience at this location due to an employee named Isaac. He was extremely pushy about signing me up for the Best Buy credit card and would not take no for an answer. Even after clearly declining multiple times, he continued to bring it up and apply pressure, which made the interaction uncomfortable and awkward. I understand that employees are encouraged to promote the card, but there’s a big difference between informing a customer and aggressively pushing something they’ve already said no to. This really took away from what should have been a straightforward shopping experience. I hope management addresses this, because tactics like this make me less likely to want help from staff in the future.
