    This review is for All Bbuy, not just this one. They now use AI to answer phones, prevents customers from speaking to person at the store. Had about 2-3 easy questions, about laptops,etc. Looking to buy new one. DONE WITH THE BB temu-radio shack world of treat your $ customers like dirt. If I'm not important enough to talk to an associate for a minute on phone, THEN BB YOU DON'T GET MY MONEY. Ya, that's how it works in my world corporate globalists, how's it feel? Ouchy?

    DO NOT DO DATA RECOVERY HERE THROUGH GEEK SQUAD. THEY LIE THAT THEY CAN RETRIEVE DATA AND THEY CANT. They will damage your hard drive further by sending it out and opening it and then take $100 from you for their time. They have no idea what they are doing. Stay away! GO TO A DATA RECOVERY COMPANY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

    My girlfriend placed a preorder for a game to pick up on release day. Received the email saying it was ready for pick up. Went to go pick it up and was told, “we don’t have any in stock….there’s nothing we can do”. Went to chat with customer service and they explained “The email saying it’s ready must have been a mistake. We will send you another email when it’s ready.” No thank you, cancel my order! Never buying anything from Best Buy again. The workers at this location didn’t care. They told us to just call customer service. Called customer service and they are telling us to contact the store. It was a circus to say the least. They are very quick to take your money, but not helpful when it comes to getting what you already paid for. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY! (attached are screen shots of the conversation I had with the representative for proof).
