- RFRachel FristerDec 13, 20251.0I visited this Verizon location to drop off my husband’s phone after he had been in a few days earlier to complete a trade-in. After waiting several minutes, an employee approached me and I explained that I was only there to drop off the phone. He responded rudely, stating that I still had to be checked in and wait, despite the simplicity of the request. What was most frustrating was that this employee then returned to a back hallway and remained there while only two associates were assisting customers on the sales floor and at least five groups were ahead of me. This drop-off could have been handled in just a few minutes, but instead I was required to wait unnecessarily. During this time, another customer entered the store after me and was never checked in, eventually leaving without being helped. After waiting over 40 minutes, the same employee finally came back out to assist someone, but by that point I had already decided to leave. I understand waiting when assistance is needed for purchases or service issues, but waiting over 40 minutes simply to drop off a phone is unreasonable. Due to this experience and the lack of professionalism, I will not be returning to this location.

Not over the phone with customer service or the security tech department as well as If I go into the store for help, doesn't matter how or what I do, I got the latest Samsung Galaxy few months back now and it's been issue after issue, with zero resolvement or fix. Been on phone with customer service multiple times, on multiple day's with no solutions and told to go to their corporate store in Streetsboro directly, been in their twice now in a 30 day period and given the run around, scoffed at and still phone is not fixed, or operating correctly, yet my bill is always paid on time, regardless if im not getting my calls, text messages or have internet connection. Will NOT renew or continue service with Verizon. And definitely would not recommend the Streetsboro, Ohio location next to Burger King for actual help. I would never recommend anyone to ever go with Verizon as a wireless phone provider as well.
