- LLLake Rockwell Haven LLC.Nov 16, 20251.0Been a customer for 13 year's now with them and anytime I have had any kind of issue or problem it has never ever been resolved or corrected if I go into the store for help, just got the latest Samsung Galaxy and it's been issue after issue, been on phone with customer service multiple times, told to go to their corporate store in Streetsboro directly and 3 months later, hours of my time wasted still not fixed or corrected. I would never recommend anyone to ever go with Verizon service. Or go to the Verizon store in Streetsboro.

- MDMichele DelgrossAug 4, 20251.0If you're looking for good customer service, this is not the store for you.. We made an 11:00 a.m. appointment and arrived about 5 minutes early.. The gentleman out front acknowledged. Just said the team for our appointment would be there at 11:00.. A few minutes after 11:00, several employees started wandering in and went into the back of the store. At about 11:05 we asked the worker out front about our appointment and he said they would be out.. after their team huddle. By 11:10 we decided that if this was the type of attention customers get from the team there that we were not interested in waiting.. we've run retail organizations and have worked in customer service field for years. If you're going to schedule 11:00 appointments then you have the staff ready to receive the customers at 11:00 at the latest.. You don't have the team wander in sometime after 11:00. We rarely give negative reviews, but we will never go back to that store if this is how important they make their customers feel. If you're going to have appointments start at 11:00, then you have your team come in 15 minutes early so that they are ready to go when the appointments begin. You do not schedule appointments and make your customers wait while your team prepares for the day.
