Weeks later I responded back to him, and I received the same eager to help enthusiasm. We made and appointment and everything he spoke about over the phone was the exact same in person. I made my phone switch with saving money. Matt made it super simple. I am so happy I can help my local Verizon store, instead feeling like I had to go to a different city for trust worthy assistance, which I have had to do for years. Not only was the music amazing but the two guys there Von and Cody were as well . Super friendly and super helpful with my gf . I’m usually I super shy person but their energy was very welcoming and I felt like I’ve met them before great personalities great customer service . They almost got me to switch services (I’ve been with the same for years) these guys need a raise . Thank you Cody and Von for such and inviting experience .
