Didn't want to sell me a phone because I wasn't positive I wanted to keep Verizon, even though I was clear if I didn't stay I would pay it off in full. Bad experience, I would suggest skipping this one!

Not at all I pressed with what my fiancé and I went through as we spoke with customer service about switching my service from T-Mobile to Verizon and getting on his plan, per our phone conversation everything was great we advised we would rather go into the store to retrieve my phone instead of waiting for shipment. When we got to the store we were told a completely different story. Since he still owed 124.00 on his phone we could not add a line without paying over 1500.00 that day because he has no credit built up but anywhere I’ve ever been no credit is better than bad credit. He’s been with Verizon for roughly over a year now. He’s NEVER missed a payment nor has he ever been late, and again let me emphasize he only owed 124.00 on his current iPhone and it would be paid off (which is now completely paid off) so with all of that being said we are in the process of looking for another carrier! Hoping we find one that doesn’t mislead or misdirect information to their customers! Heck at this point I may just have him come to T-Mobile!

Tonight my 78 year old mother was asked to return with her deceased husband’s death certificate and she could get the account changed over and a new phone. When she returned to the store they said we can’t help you go home and call this number for assistance. As she headed home the Verizon store turned her current phone off. Deactivated the only phone she has. They called the number and the number said go back to the store they should help you. They returned to the store and they were rude yelling at 78 year old woman. Told her not to be upset her phone was deactivated and her phone number was gone. Nothing they can do and kicked them out of the store when their poor service was verbalized. Thankfully an employee contacted over the phone was able to reactivate her phone and get a new phone ordered for her and she will go to Urbana, Ohio for set-up. Springfield, Ohio Bechtle terrible service. Unfortunately it is the new norm for this city.
