Problems started February 10th and are still continuing! It took almost 2 weeks to get the first guy out. He had to order a part. 10 days later he installed said part, it still didn't work, although he did manage to break the leg on the left side of the tv. Then had to order another part. They show up today to replace the screen..... Before it was installed all the way it was cracked. Here I am 3 visits and almost 5 WEEKS later and I still don't have a working tv! My 4th visit is scheduled for Sunday for yet another repair..... Absolutely ridiculous!
