This is a big box store. There are enough tvs to find what every kind of tv you would want. I found a backpack that was exactly what I was looking for. Other electronic stuff, like speakers, computers of all sorts are available.

Go to the store and talk to awesome people. When you try to call it will send you to a call center of no help. The store had a great selection and the staff was super knowledgeable with all of the understanding that I needed to help my son. I will always go back to this place for our electronic needs.

Went in store paid cash for a radio totaling over 900 dollars Radio was defective went in today with a receipt. They are willing to do the refund via check only refused to give back cash and must wait two weeks for payment.

I ordered a laptop for my work from home job. I was told it would be here in 2 days. Now it's sitting in vandalia Ohio and has said delayed for days. When you try and call Best buy you get sent jumping through a bunch of hoops on their phone system and it's almost impossible to speak to someone. I will never purchase from the store again. Now I start a new job tomorrow and I have no laptop. Epic failure.
