Majka provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. He was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting my children and me with getting new phones. He went above and beyond to make sure we received the best discounts available, even taking the time to go into the system to check exactly what we qualified for and what we did not. He was beyond helpful, caring, and compassionate, and truly made the entire experience stress-free. He helped us out tremendously, and it honestly meant a lot. If anyone is eligible for a raise, recognition, or even an employee gift or gift card, Majka absolutely deserves it. He is 1000% one of the best employees Verizon has, and his customer service reflects that. Thank you for employing such an outstanding team member. I must also apologize because I know I am not spelling his name right but I’m sure iykyn .
