  Horrible my brother went to the store twice and they said they don’t take bill payments. I feel they were being racist because he barely speaks English told him he had to pay somewhere else 1/8/26

  I've been meaning to do this review for a while. Several weeks ago I was at this location and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Richard. He was awesome. He was patient in helping me solve an issue I was having with my current phone and knowledgeable of Cricket's products and helped me upgrade to a phone that was perfect for my needs. I was silently considering leaving Cricket because of phone issues I had been having for a while, but after receiving such honest and wonderful customer service, I decided to stay with them a lil longer.😁

  Came in to the shaker store to upgrade my phone only to find out the manager Iris who signed me up is no longer there :,( she always took care of me and my mother so I was reluctant for them to help but. staff was great and were able to help and seemed to be knowledgeable
