  Horrible my brother went to the store twice and they said they don’t take bill payments. I feel they were being racist because he barely speaks English told him he had to pay somewhere else 1/8/26

  I've been meaning to do this review for a while. Several weeks ago I was at this location and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Richard. He was awesome. He was patient in helping me solve an issue I was having with my current phone and knowledgeable of Cricket's products and helped me upgrade to a phone that was perfect for my needs. I was silently considering leaving Cricket because of phone issues I had been having for a while, but after receiving such honest and wonderful customer service, I decided to stay with them a lil longer.😁

  No good phones in stock. Couldn't fix my wife's brand new phone that wouldn't show caller ID so I figured it out online lol. Staff kept texting while I was talking. Very unprofessional.
