Or purchase high demand items on the clock?? Give everyone a fair chance to get product. 1 star is staying and I won’t be returning for anything in the future. I was about to upgrade my tv from Best Buy as well, Hope the $13.99 was worth it!!

I had a very important folder that was still on my broken laptop, which had already been packaged and ready to ship to Apple—Michael caught it just in time and stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful both times I met him. His customer service skills are unmatched. I highly recommend him, and corporate, if you’re reading this, please give him a raise!
