  I have been in the cricket store for an hour and a half, working very closely with anish. He has been very personal and helpful, answering every one of my questions. My friend is also with me, and because of his professional expertise, she has decided also to switch to cricket phone service. This has been a very wonderful enjoyable experience. He is very patient and kind and knowledgeable.

  Misleading and overpriced. You go in for the great offers and end up roped into a way more expensive 'deal.' Be prepared to spend a lot of time listening to the sales pitch.

  Really great customer service, getting a new phone wasn't as much of a trouble as I thought. Taufique helped me a lot switching stuffs and he definitely knows what he is doing. Also switch to cricket and save money.

  I have been a loyal cricket customer for close to 2 years, I am writing this review on my last day of service provided by cricket.. I find myself wishing negative stars or perhaps zero @ least were an option. I will try to stay brief and 2 the point, truthfully finding a new provider is long overdo and I could probably write a book on reasons why.. Switching is a hassle and expensive so believe me When I say Ive looked the other way and tried to make things work. My BIGGEST complaint ties in between AWFUL customer service...and /or False advertising... It is NOT PRE-PAID and You will be CHARGED if you let your lines go off between paying bills..hmm Bridge Pay is one thing the rep will brag about when sales pitching.. It is NOT a week and will not get you by from 1 pay to the next.. Well unless you believe a week falls THURS - WED.. Hmm I grew up learning a Calendar week has 7 days! And when You cant pay your bill again in 6 days b/c you were counting on the FULL week promised to you- No worrys they will just charge you for another FULL month of service.. LIES on LIES weve been fed with this company- Mobile HotSpot another scam.. Ive ran my tv completely from hotspot and not touched the 10gigs in a MONTHS time, explain how I ran thru 10gigs in less then 12 hours with cricket.. When I got a text confirming my usage was over 75% a few short hours from turning the service on I stopped what I was doing and Called their "lovely" customer service.. Was advised to disregard that msg it was not true everything was fine.. Only to wake up the next day to my hotspot 100% used up.. But no worries You can pay to add more 10 gigs at a time :X!! As I previously stated I could go On and On about the fun Ive had but Truthfully Ive wasted enough of my time on the customer service line- trying to understand/ argue with people who cant speak clear english but sure can scam , lie, and argue A+ style!! You will ALWAYS be wrong even when it comes to facts (7 DAYS is a week) so take my warning and dont waste your time, if youve already leaped into starting service Id def cut your lose and switch and if Your THINKING about swapping for whatever reason RUN- you wont save money youll more thrn likely be robbed for 10$ everytime you blink.. Hidden fines /fees and 6 day weeks :X
