  Geek Squad member came out and rung a doorbell that do not work so he didn’t even complete the service! My washer is broken that I haven’t even purchased that long ago. Bad enough I had to wait for them to order the mother board and for it to ship from Kentucky and a week for him to finally be able to come out again SMH. I have kids in school and this is a really big inconvenience now I have to wait until December 3rd for someone to come out so now I have to spend money to go to the laundry mat! I think dude did that because it was the end of his shift! Why not knock on the door. Then I called customer service to speak to a manager and there wasn’t one available! How crazy is that?!?! You have people coming to people house and there’s no way to talk to a manager or supervisor!

  I received good service, however, I made an appointment and arrived on time. The rep took someone who walked in and who did not have an appointment. She should have asked those who were standing in line if they had an appointment first, and checked the board for their name. If she had done so, she would have known the person who walked in was not next. How did I know he did not have an appointment ahead of me, I heard their conversation and he stated he walked in. I did share my concern with a rep on the floor. I’m not sure if a supervisor was available but nothing happened. I scheduled two hours from the time I was available. If an appointment wasn’t honored, I could have walked in two hours earlier.
