- DGDr. Gail GoldmanNov 8, 20254.0I received good service, however, I made an appointment and arrived on time. The rep took someone who walked in and who did not have an appointment. She should have asked those who were standing in line if they had an appointment first, and checked the board for their name. If she had done so, she would have known the person who walked in was not next. How did I know he did not have an appointment ahead of me, I heard their conversation and he stated he walked in. I did share my concern with a rep on the floor. I’m not sure if a supervisor was available but nothing happened. I scheduled two hours from the time I was available. If an appointment wasn’t honored, I could have walked in two hours earlier.

Their window of arrival time is 7-7. So it is a major inconvenience when they do not show. I am scheduled once again. When they cancel you have to wait over a week to be rescheduled. My installation will not take long at all, it’s just getting them to come. Of course they have charged me for this service almost a month ago. Poor customer service.
