    Went there looking for a Playstation controller and they didn't have one. The whole Playstation aisle was a 6 foot long display. Not much stuff in stock. When I asked where things were I was told just order it online. Ill just order on Amazon for cheaper.

    If you are considering stopping by here, don't. Move down the road to somewhere - anywhere else. They typically only have 1 person checking people out but that person is running pickup, checkout, and customer service. We stopped by only because their web site stated that we could get a 15% off coupon for recycling our old device. Not one single employee could figure it out. They stated that that promotion must not be in effect (but it clearly is on their web site). About 45 minutes for nothing. We stopped by Walmart and purchased the same item at the same cost in about 7 minutes total. (It says TONS that we were in and out of walmart in way less time...)

    They have the worst system for customer service/pick-up/checkout. The fact that they have 20 people on the floor and 10 people in the back and only 1 person dealing with the 20 person line for the everything is insane. I pray no one has to deal with the worst thing ever which is their confusing line

    Had Manada for my Best Buy tv installation. Where do I begin? 0. The girl that scheduled my service printed me off a paper of my confirmed tv installation appointment date and location. She said it was scheduled. I waited all day day of appointment to call and find out, there was no appointment scheduled at all. She did not schedule me, don’t know what she was doing. Had to get it rescheduled or should I say, scheduled for the first time? She also told me she will put in the notes to the installer to bring a spare mount in case ours didn’t work. Welp, apparently that’s not even allowed or a thing they can do so that was just an empty promise. 1. They are supposed to call you day before to narrow the time window they will arrive in the following day, 0 calls. 2. Appointment was randomly cancelled day of with 0 notice. I waited all day for them to show up and then called Best Buy support and found out manada Canceled for no reason. 3. Remember how I said they canceled day of? They did this 4 times. 4 TIMES my rescheduled appointment was canceled day of. 4. Finally someone shows up. They were very rude and terrible customer service. Saying they “don’t get paid enough for this”. Then they said our current mount was not mounted in studs and they don’t feel confident hanging new tv so they left and said we need to buy a new mount and they will come back out. 5. We bought a new mount and rescheduled, this time geek squad came out instead thank god. Geek squad said the existing mount was indeed IN studs. And that it will work just fine. They said it sounds like the manada guy just didn’t wanna do his job. If you schedule a tv installation with Best Buy please verify it’s the geek squad that will do it, not MANADA. They are quite frankly the worst company I have worked with. I gave this Best Buy location a 3/5 stars because of the girl who didn’t schedule the appointment even though she told me it was scheduled. Manada gets -3/5 stars. The Mentor, OH location gets 5/5 as their geek squad came out to install finally for my parents and had great customer service and got the tv up.

    The customer service is like the old saying, nothing good comes fast. We've had so many issues with things we've purchased for our new apartment (none on Best Buys end, all manufacturer issues). With that being said, they did a phenomenal job of making it right. Not within a short period of time, though. Typically only 1 person working the counter. But I would much rather wait a bit, and be taken care of FULLY than be rushed out without a solution. All in all, I'm extremely happy with how they handled things & at the end of the day the wait was worth it.
