  This review is strictly for their automated phone system. I stopped shopping at Best Buy years ago because you can’t get in contact with anyone in any department at the store you need to talk with. There is no worse computerized phone system then Best Buy. You’re better off calling Costco, Walmart, Target, etc etc. There is no reason they don’t have this fixed after 6/7 years of a failing system.

  Seems a bit small for a best buy but its the only one near where I moved in Reynoldsburg. Okay service when I bought my new Sony TV. Had to wait over 15 minutes to be helped then the guy that was supposed to bring my TV out to help me load was just standing inside chatting with a co worker while I waited outside the front door with my car parked ready to be loaded. I had to go back inside after ten minutes to get him back on task.

  I walked in and was immediately asked what I was looking for,(a PS5 portal) they told me with confidence they don't keep those on the floor and to go to customer service to which I gladly did. After waiting in line the nice girl behind the counter said they had 2 in stock 1 black and 1 white version. I told her I'd like the black one. She radio calls another employee he says he don't know where they are they are not in the back. Then the girl proceeded to tell me to check the floor in the PlayStation section to which I found both white and black version not even in a case so I grabbed it and went back to check out/customer service to stand in line again just to get my product. Please train your front entrance people better. So if u go in here I would just ask them what area they keep the product type instead of going to customer service first. Just walk thru the floor like normal humans who used to walk around stores to buy things. Now everything is online. I personally like a more analog experience when it comes to shopping I like to see my product and also receive it the moment I purchased it. Just seems more real that way. But to each their own. Average to high prices not many deals or discounts or savings on popular products. But overall it's a best but they sell electronics mainly for pretty close to MSRP or slightly more.
