I came in, talked to the store manager Jeff to complain to him about it.His reply was he didn't know nothing about the business and yet, He is a store manager. He put me in touch with an agent named Jamie.Jamie knows his stuff he was able to get my discounts that I was promised originally and also get my account straightened up.And even got me more discounts if you're going to go into verizon, don't deal with Jeff, The store manager don't deal with alex, Alex will lie to you. Deal with Jamie.He is very reputable and honest about what he's doing and told what he was doing with every step.
