According to Christy, this is done so they can “service more people.” However, when the original customer returns, Larissa immediately resumes helping them without saying anything to the current customer—in this case, me—leaving me sitting there confused about what was happening. When I said I was leaving because of how poorly I was treated, Christy responded, “GOOD, have fun!” If this is how the store is being managed, it’s completely unacceptable. This is not how you treat paying customers—the very reason you have a job in the first place.
